Job Description:

As a Commercial Truck Sales Manager at Avon Lake CDJR, you will be responsible for creation of our Promaster commercial truck division. Your primary goal will be to drive sales growth, manage customer relationships, and develop strategies to expand our market presence. This is an amazing and unique opportunity for a motivated self-starter to grow a business from the ground up with nearly unlimited upside potential.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales and service targets for Promaster Trucks.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and industry partners.
Build Sales, Leasing, and Service Contract solutions for Commercial Truck partners
Identify new business opportunities and market trends to drive growth.
Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with company objectives.
Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement.
Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction throughout the sales process.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial truck sales. Promaster experience A plus.
Motivated self starter with entrepreneurial spirit.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies.
Strong desire to serve customers.

Compensation: $75,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
