🙌 What You’ll Do:
- Greet and check in service customers with professionalism and a positive attitude
- Communicate service recommendations and repair needs
- Help organize and manage rental and loaner vehicle logistics
- Act as a liaison between technicians and customers, providing timely updates
- Handle follow-ups and support phone inquiries
- Ensure smooth vehicle drop-off and pick-up processes
- Assist with administrative and operational tasks to support the service team

- Prior experience in a dealership or service-related role preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- A team player who thrives in a dynamic environment
- Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
