We are looking for a driven, organized, and customer-focused Internet Sales Manager to join our team. This hybrid role bridges the gap between the Business Development Center (BDC) and the showroom sales team, ensuring seamless communication, consistent follow-up, and a world-class buying experience for every customer.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the primary link between the BDC and the in-store sales team.
- Manage all CRM tasks to ensure leads are tracked, updated, and completed on time.
- Ensure every internet lead is followed up on promptly and professionally.
- Answer incoming internet leads and customer calls as needed, providing timely and helpful responses.
- Monitor sales team activity in the CRM to ensure accountability and accuracy.
- Coordinate communication between departments to avoid gaps in the customer journey.
- Support sales team members by providing lead insights, appointment details, and customer history.
- Assist in developing strategies to maximize internet sales opportunities.
- Maintain strong product knowledge and customer service standards.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in automotive sales, BDC, or internet sales management.
- Strong knowledge of CRM systems.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Customer-first mindset with a focus on creating a smooth, positive buying process.
